Junk Frog Dumpster & Junk Rental Agreement

We only accept electronic payment, and payment is required before the delivery of the dumpster.
Both electronic checks and credit cards are accepted. Your payment information will NOT be saved
unless you ask us to save it.

Asbestos, chemicals, wet paint, tires, fuel, fuel tanks, oil, oil drums, refrigerators, and anything with freon etc. cannot be put into the dumpster. You will be responsible for all of the dumpster's contents when it is picked up, including anything put into it by other people.

Debris and sharp objects should be removed from the area where the dumpster will be placed and access points to that place. Dumpsters will not be placed on loose dirt, loose gravel, or in muddy areas where our truck cannot operate effectively.

If you would like the dumpster placed in the grass or the street, we are not liable for any damages
to the area where it was placed or city citations.

The dumpster can be filled up to the height of its walls, but not higher, at the driver's discretion you may be subject to an overfill/defacing fee of $100 for debris that ascends higher than the dumpster walls or for any paint sprayed on the dumpster. The dumpster has a weight limit of 3 tons, or 6,000 pounds. We reserve the right to charge an overage fee of $100 per ton over 3 tons.

In the extremely rare event that the dumpster is too heavy for the truck to lift, you will be asked to remove debris from the dumpster until we can lift it. If it is determined that an excavator and additional dumpster will be needed, the cost of both will be the responsibility of the client. Be sure to close and latch the loading door when it’s ready for pickup.

Your rental includes a 10-day period to fill the dumpster and ONE dump. If you’d like the dumpster dumped and returned, it is treated as a new, full-price rental, and the rental period will start over. If you’d like to keep it longer, it’s $125 per additional week. On the other hand, if we fail to pick up the dumpster at the end of your rental period, you will NOT be charged for that extra time.
